Summary: The hotel was great, but we booked this in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn that we refused to stay in, an although I was charged, it did not go through to them. I tried several times to speak to a customer service rep at Hotel.com and only got a recording. The lady continued to work to get us a room at 9:30 at night and succeeded.
